All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.
We will accept returns postmarked up to 7 days from the delivery date. All items must be in the original packaging with tags attached, unworn, and in the same condition that they were received to be eligible for a return. Any items returned with any sign of wear, washed, with makeup residue, stains, perfume, rips, alterations, missing buttons, or any other damage will not be accepted. Any items marked FINAL SALE will not be accepted for a return.
Any returns or exchanges postmarked more than 14 days after delivery or otherwise not in compliance with our policy will be shipped back to the customer, at customers expense.
We are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund in accordance to our return policy. Please note, shipping cannot be waived for repurchases.

Please inspect your order upon arrival to ensure that you received the product as ordered and has no defects. If you received an item that is defective or different than what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@loupclothing.com
Please do not initiate a return via the portal.
Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any items received damaged if the issue is reported after 5 days from the date of delivery.
